Welcome to Payday Relay™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Payday Relay™ website, applications, digital tools, and Google Sheet products (collectively, the "Service") operated by Earthwise Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or purchasing any product on Payday Relay™, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Payday Relay™ provides digital financial planning tools designed for individuals with unstructured income (freelancers, 1099 contractors, self-employed workers). Our current products include:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. All sales are for digital goods delivered immediately upon successful payment.

We do not store your credit card details. Payment transactions are handled entirely by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy.
When you purchase Payday Relay™ or the 4-Relay Challenge, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the resulting Google Sheet, accompanying Quickstart Guide, and any related digital materials for your personal financial planning only.

To deliver the Payday Relay™ Sheet directly into your Google Drive, our Setup Wizard uses Google OAuth. You retain full ownership of the resulting spreadsheet. You may revoke our access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle Google user data (including our adherence to Google's Limited Use requirements).
Payday Relay™ is an educational tool, not a licensed financial, tax, legal, or accounting advisory service. The calculations, targets, and estimates the Service produces are for your own planning use. You are solely responsible for your tax filings, financial decisions, and compliance with local laws. Consult a qualified professional (CPA, EA, financial advisor) for personalized advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earthwise Digital LLC, Dove Shepard, and any affiliates or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost income, missed tax payments, or errors in your own data entry. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms; when we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file when possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms, engage in fraud, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or misuse the Google integration. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (where Earthwise Digital LLC is registered), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
