My Google Sheet stopped syncing with Payday Relay
If income appears in Payday Relay but not in your Google Sheet, check Entry History first. Your entry is saved in the app if it appears there. Then refresh your dashboard and check the sheet again. If Payday Relay asks you to reconnect Google, use the Reconnect Google button.
A Google Sheet that hasn't updated can make your week look wrong. You don't need to create another sheet or log the same amount twice to fix it.
Check the entry before trying again
Open More → Entry History in Payday Relay and find the income entry you're expecting in the sheet. Note its date.
If the entry is there, it's saved in the app even if the sheet hasn't caught up. Don't log it a second time.
Refresh, then check the sheet
Open or refresh your dashboard to let Payday Relay try syncing again. On a phone, you can pull down to refresh. You may see "Week re-synced ✓", but still open your Google Sheet and check the entry's date. That message alone doesn't confirm the amount reached the sheet.
If the app says "Sheet connected · couldn't reach Google just now", the connection may be temporary. Your saved entries should sync on a later dashboard visit. Refresh again later and check the sheet.
Reconnect Google if Payday Relay asks
If the dashboard says "Your sheet isn't syncing", select Reconnect Google on that card. You can also find the reconnect action under Settings → Google Sheet when the app shows "Action needed — your Google Sheet has stopped syncing."
Choose the Google account that owns your Payday Relay sheet. After reconnecting, open the dashboard again and check the same date in the sheet.
If you can't open the sheet, first check that you're signed in to the right Google account or find the sheet in Google Drive. Don't build a replacement sheet just to clear a sync warning.
Is my income entry lost?
If the entry appears in More → Entry History, it is saved in Payday Relay. The remaining question is why it hasn't appeared in your Google Sheet yet.
If the entry is missing from Entry History, refresh the app and check once more. If you're unsure whether it saved, ask support before entering it again so you don't accidentally count the same income twice.
